Month by Month Flower Calendar
Please note - we are not a traditional florist - if you are looking for specific flower varieties, buckets of roses or gypsophila flower crowns we are probably not the supplier for you!
How it Works
1. Submit an enquiry - If this sounds like what you are looking for then please submit a WEDDING ENQUIRY FORM or email Charlotte at flowers@rovesfarm.co.uk to check availability and ask any questions you may have. Please also read through our Terms & Conditions. You are also welcome to send us Pinterest boards or images of your flower ideas!
2. Deposit - When you are happy to confirm your booking with us we will issue an invoice to make a deposit payment of £100. The deposit will secure the date in our diary and is non-refundable, but redeemable against the final balance.
3. Visit us - You are welcome to visit the flower farm, by appointment only, in the lead up to the wedding. This gives you the opportunity to see the flowers, request your favourite blooms and discuss the final details. We appreciate this can be a busy time for your wedding preparations so if you are not available in the weeks before the wedding we can also do this part over email, zoom or phone!
4. Full Payment - We will issue an invoice for the remaining balance which must be paid at least 2 weeks before the wedding date and at this point you must notify us of any changes to the order (please see terms for details).
5. Collecting your Flowers - Collect your flowers from Roves Farm SN6 7QG. We recommend collecting your flower buckets on the morning of the day you wish to arrange them, alternatively the day before if you have somewhere cool to store them overnight.
